We price all of ours to market now.....so we aren't able to give huge discounts....how do you handle that on the phone?

We do as well. Try saying this.

We know you didn't contact us Ms Customer because the vehicle you found online was the most expensive in the market, so ANY DISCOUNT WILL BE MORE SYMBOLIC, THAN SIGNIFICANT.
