How many calls are your sales guys averaging a day? Do you track it in the CRM or do they use their own devices?

@Steven, that is not bad! I also imagine your sales consultants are using texting? I wish more dealers counted that as communication! Most OEM's do not even consider texting as communication when it comes to 'touches per lead,' which is a huge mistake - they are missing out on a lot of valuable data.

@Mark, do you review touches per lead? If so, what are the averaged? Just curious - I imagine, that those with increased communication have better sales months.
