ROI & Sales Reporting - Monthly/Quarterly

Hello All,

I track several metrics and prepare reports that are mainly for myself and alos for my GM. What kind of reporting do you prepare to track your successes and failures?

Also, does anyone have a killer template they are willing to share?!

I think it all depends on the metrics you are trying to track.

I myself do a ROI report everything month on all of the stores I'm in charge of.  But in terms of metrics I look at Appointments set, show and sold.  I used to incorporate leads into the mix for the overall Lead to Sold ratio, but the way our company is structured it's not a metric anyone looks at right now. 

I also take those set to show and show to sold numbers and track them MoM and YoY to see effectiveness. I also track overall appointments set MoM.  And of course sales MoM and YoY.

I do this all in Excel.  So basically I can track where I'm projecting to be at month's end and then when the month is over I have all my data there.  I manually input numbers into this report.
