Some questions about the handling of internet leads in America

Stan Sher
Adrian, Glad to help. I am Russian but have been in America since I was 5 years old. 1. You have to define what your situation is. Do you get a lot of leads? Depends on size of lead volume and your operation we can identify which of the three ways works best. I would have a "mini" BDC where it can be one or two people and treat it as a "Guest Relations Department". 2. Advantages and Disadvantages again depend on your size and what size you want to get to. It will all pan out once you have an appropriate follow up method and your people in place have good phone skills. 3. Lead Scoring: You need to make sure that you can capture phone and email. The rest you can handle by use of a proper CRM and effective internet marketing tactics. 4. Every single lead needs to be answered 100% of the time. Never miss a single lead. Opportunities are important in selling cars. 5. Build your own websites to dominate search and visibility. Research what third party companies there are that can service your dealership if any exist. 6. This is a standard that needs to be created once you establish your setup. The more people you talk to the more opportunities you have. This ultimately leads to more car sales.
