What else can we do to qualify the right prospects, disqualify the wrong prospects, and get our sales process to be shorter, sharper, and more streamlined?

I think that we need to make sure that we ask the right probing questions. Also, when re-targeting prospects, making sure not to re-target the same group of individuals too soon. I've seen problems where we get the same "sub-prime" people in every 3 months and their situations have not changed. This just leads to upset customers and upset salespeople.
