Interesting fact:

Based off of their own internal call data from 2015, 2016, and 2017, CallRail has found that, on average, inbound calls to automotive dealerships increase 513% the day after the Super Bowl.

The takeaway? Automotive marketers need to be prepared to handle this increase in inbound call volume and must be tracking these calls to better understand customers' needs.
