Voice mail and E-mail Contact Rate

Hey guys and gals! I had a question and hopefully you can help me. I've been doing a lot of research lately but I haven't been able to find a lot of stats on how long it takes for the average internet customer to return our voice mails. For example has anyone witnessed most of the activity on days 13-21; day 7, etc. My other question is this: on what day or days did you notice the most activity as far as e-mails go? Obviously most of them (hopefully) are right away depending on a multitude of factors, but I'm thinking more long term. So to make this a bit easier, after the first 7 days if you didn't have a customer respond either via e-mail, phone, text, chat, when did you see the most activity as you try to continue to contact them? Thanks guys!

In our store we hit them really hard the first three or for days, then start to taper off as time passes. We still follow up with everyone at least once every 30 days (more so when things are slow). How fast you get to your leads is going to dramatically affect your response rate. I know the industry standard is an hour or less, but to be honest if its much more than 10 minutes you're missing an huge opportunity.
