The one we deal with the most is people never responding, opening email or answering phone.

As you know, that is a *large* percentage of the leads! Even more so when it comes to third-party leads. And sure, changing an email template or the first response can help, it does not increase the percentages that much.

We use a ton of different funny email templates when we can to try and drive responses.. 

Our most common objection outside of not opening is probably "I bought elsewhere" (I would gather at least 50% of the time they did not, but how can you challenge this?)
