When is the last time you cleaned up your templates?

When is the last time you took the time to review your current templates in the CRM? Looking at open-rates, usage, etc? I have found that in many cases the templates have been altered by the BDC Agents and Sales Consultants - they are copy & pasting them, which means the photos are not loading (and they no 'alt' text), and they are not responsive...how often do you check your templates and update them?

I go through them at least once a month. We have a mix of automated emails and manually sent emails that I go through.

Chris, how much time does it take you to review your email campaigns?

@Chris, do you do this for each sales consultant or are these global templates? I found that when I did templates for each sales consultant it got to be quite time consuming. It could be an all day ordeal. Especially if the sales consultants got a phone call, lot up, etc.
