Are you getting a head start on Black Friday Specials?

Howdy All!

Are any of you getting a jump on Black Friday deals for your customers? If so, what are you doing?  I know at my CDJR store we are really pushing the Employee pricing that is going on right now and same with big savings on our GMC Sierra trucks. Happy selling the next few weeks!

There's definitely been a shift in recent years with access to information: understanding what is a "fair price" and the fact that Black Friday is now also Cyber Monday, which is now also deals sent through email campaigns. There are just so many channels to reach buyers to demonstrate deals that the hype with Black Friday is sort of unwarranted anymore.

@Drew, we have really pushed for accessories, and have run three campaigns, as for sales - we are running OEM promotions, and offering additional bonus cash. The phone volume has been light this week, but is to be expected with the holidays and will, of course, pick back up in December!
