Do You Give Your Customers An Opportunity To Do In-store Research?

I think that online research centers are awesome. I know we love the typical customer that has not been shopping everywhere from Edmunds, True car and many others but in todays world how many really is that?? Either we can assist them in the work while in the store or fight it and lose the chance of them going elsewhere or buying a completely different product. We encourage our sales pros to assist them then re-close on buying our product. Wonderful idea Eric!!!!
