Do you have a video process at your store?

Videos often take a lot of time to produce, can be very expensive, or become unmanageable. I wanted to reach out to the Driving Sales Community to ask everyone how they use powerful videos to help turn leads into appointments, and appointments into sales! Right now, I make walk around videos of pre-owned vehicles we receive internet leads on. You can see them here: . Let me know what you think! We are also trying to build videos into our sales process, after the sales team meets with a customer, they are going to be sending a quick follow up video with the selfie stick. I'm curious to hear if Driving Sales has had success with video production, I've seen dealerships that use videos to engage customers, but often it seems like they produce a few videos at a time then take a hiatus. The only consistent example I have found is Elise Kephart when she was at Sunset Honda, but even that dealership has abandoned videos. Have you had success with Videos at your Dealer Ship?

Video is becoming more and more important. I feel that our customers are starving for personal interaction. Video can be very time consuming and cumbersome.
