Hi Nancy, While I'd say that the guide is of course bound to be more relevant to some people than others, we've written in broadly to ensure that the hints and tips we give are useful to everyone involved in the after-sales process and in trying to bring customers back for more sales! In terms of the content, the main tips we give are: 1) Extend the user experience beyond the point of sales 2) Become a trusted advisor 3) Anticipatory customer service 4) 360º customer service 5) End of time friendships, not end of month totals 6) Make them feel at home Hope this helped!
