incentives on website

Mark Rask

Do you feel its best to line item the rebATES on the webite

Derrick Woolfson

I do, it shows how you got to the price and helps the customer understand where the "sales price" came from. We also outline what the Dealer Processing fee is - however, as you know, the total "sales" price is often only available to a very select few; whether that is loyalty cash, active duty, or college rebates. I am not sure why dealers still feel the need to include those discounts when not everyone qualifies. Not to say they ought not to promote that if you are one of the above, you could qualify for additional incentives. But make it clear.
