Who is using Instagram for marketing? Are you having success with it?

I love using Instagram. We post alot throughout the week. We've also ran ads before but would rather do posts and stories to be honest.

Instagram is an awesome tool to engage your local community in your brand and help them get to know your dealership even better, especially if your customer demographic is between the ages of 25 - 34 years old. Posts are great to catch a prospect while they are scrolling in their feed, but stories have an even higher engagement level. The key is to find a balance of both post types - but maybe save the important sales and incentives for stories (this is a great place to showcase video and highlight your inventory).

If you are just starting out with your dealership's Instagram profile, the biggest thing to tackle first is building your audience (and this doesn't mean following whoever follows you), but actually cultivating a follower base that is relevant to your target customer, your local community, and your dealership.
