Over the years I've worked with a handful of dealers optimizing their marketing strategies along with running my companies. One common issue I've seen with Live chat is managed vs self managed. I'm curious on how other dealers are dealing with self managed chat and response times. Is there a platform you prefer for self managed chat? What type of response times do you see? And how do you manage distribution? 

Curious to see how others are doing this whether it's through the BDC, sales staff and what products are being used.

We tried self managed chat several different ways. We have been much more successfull with managed chat.
