With customers being more careful with their spending habits, what new ways are you finding effective for marketing your high end dealerships? Luxury consumers tend to be older, so does online marketing reach them? If so, what sites would you recommend (outside of third party lead providers)?

Luxury brand cleints are also very sophisticated. They are more in tune to social media then is our industry. How many Grandmothers do you think communicate with their grandchildren on facebook? Most of them. Try combining technology snd tradition hand written thank you notes and you will not only get their attention, you will earn their loyalty.

The automotive internet use rate has been higher for luxury buyers than non-luxury buyers since at least 1998. Cadillac and Lincoln buyers are the exceptions. This is true for new and used vehicles alike. Luxury buyers have a high rate of visiting the manufacturer's site, and they generally look through inventory. Not sure what you meant by third-party. There is a big difference between blind leads and phone calls, emails, and chats coming directly from customers looking at your inventory. Posting your inventory wherever luxury shoppers are looking for it is essential. I hope this helps Olivia.
