Does anybody have word-tracts/tips to working sales in the service drive? I am always looking for ways to improve what I do in the service drive. I talk to customers that are getting their vehicle serviced and turn them over to a Sales-Manager once they show interest in purchasing/trading a vehicle.

we try to look at who is going to be in the drive the next day....approach them and offer to do an appraisal on their vehicle
