What can we do to encourage our favorite or best customers to serve as our most effective salesforce?

This is the Holy Grail. It's one thing to have customers come back and buy or service over and over again, but to turn them into referrers is next level.

One of my salespeople does giveaways/promotions on her social media every couple of months. Usually for local products or gift cards. This helps us target her customer base and has them get her info out in front of their friends and family.

I agree. Is this something that the individual should own or could the dealership take charge and train the entire staff on it? I guess I'm asking if you could make this part of the job description of salespeople and BDC agents?
