In terms of web site chat features - what do you look for when adding chat to your site?

First and foremost, I look for simplicity. We use Contact at Once, mainly because all the big third parties use them. I have chat on my website, Autotrader, etc, and all the reporting is in one place. It would take something really incredible for me to even consider switching.

We've recently started using a company called Purple Cloud and wow! They are tremendous on their capabilities.

I would look for how many more leads it generates. In other words, does it cannibalize your form leads, your text messaging leads or your phone leads? We've been working with a few dealers to try to figure that out.
