When it comes to your digital advertising approach, where do you see the greatest deficiencies and dollars being wasted? What can we do to eliminate these deficiencies?

Hi Lindsay - If your dealership participates in a LMA, I would recommend learning everything they are doing on your behalf. I have found a lot of places that I can cut back or don't need to invest in (like banner ads) because the LMA is paying for those on our behalf.

I would also add looking at what 3rd party listing sites have a partnership with the OEM too. You may be paying for listings you would normally get for free.
