Who Makes the Most Loyal Customers, Women or Men?

Customer loyalty and retention programs have been proven to increase the bottom line at many dealerships, in both service and sales. Financial incentives have definite appeal to everyone, but I wonder if dealership managers have noticed whether women or men are more apt to enroll in loyalty programs and/or purchase Preventive Maintenance Programs (PMPs), and why?

In some instances it is the men who would like to engage in these types of programs, or for example, buy extended warranty...but their wife seems to have the final say!
