Hey - It’s time to join the thousands of other dealer professionals on DrivingSales. Create an account so you can get full access to the articles, discussions and people that are shaping the future of the automotive industry.
Our CRM recently removed its inventory feature and is now having dealers do pricing, photos, etc. through a secondary program they own. I'm not calling the CRM out by name because I'm not sure it follows the forum posting rule(?). This has created MASSIVE issues for our dealer group. I am being told our dealerships are the only ones that have had issues/complaints. Has anyone else had issues with this? If so, how did you overcome them? Is this just our staffs reluctance to accept change?
