We're about halfway through the month.  Are you on track?  What do you do to make sure you achieve your objectives?

We are having one of the best months yet! Especially in pre-owned. July was not bad, BUT August is going strong! We attribute this to the long-term follow-up we have been doing. And making sure our sales managers take the time to really review each deal that hits their desk. Something as simple as slightly increasing the trade-in number can make or break a deal! That and we have put a strong emphasis on ridding of our older-aged inventory!

Long-term follow up is definitely an activity that can achieve results.  It's no fun, but worth the time it takes.
