Lack of Response/Updates From Dealers

Many dealers have not posted any updates or newly implemented policies to combat this pandemic. And while it is uncharted territory, there are several ways to combat this by using digital retailing.

We put out a notice about techs wearing gloves and using plastic.. they already do thiis so not much change. We have laid off all lube techs and some of the service BDC. A couple of low producing salespeople were also let go. We had a meeting this morning and decided that we will stay open until forced to close.
