Our First Day With Our New CRM

I just wanted to write about our first full day with Vin Solutions. As anyone who has ever changed their CRM, or DMS, system quirks, issues etc. always come up. Now we've been with Higher Gear for over eight years so we expected some resistance. Well a funny thing happened on the way to the forum, the salespeople are happy. They love the new system and even the computer illiterate ones who have been here for eight years have taken to the program. That's not to say there aren't quirks, issues etc. It just means they're manageable and I am the happiest person in the world. Just the fact that I was able to see a customer who sent in a lead yesterday, saw he read our email to him 4 times and he came in this morning at 9AM was mind blowing

I know it is perhaps the most amazing CRM I have ever seen. I can validate that a lot of people in your store are computer illiterate without naming names since I used to work there. I hope that you guys enjoy the system and let me know how it works. I am happy that you guys have been progressive in many ways.

Stan, Great to hear from you! They're getting better everyday but as you know it's always a challenge to change a culture. Vin Solutions has made it as easy as I can expect. The tool does everything I want it to, expected it to, and more. They are constantly upgrading, they listen to dealer requests and are a terrific advantage to our store! Even R,M,O,and J are getting the hang of it so it really is easy to use! Speak to you soon Mitchell

I was really happy today! As most of you are very savvy Automobile people you know that no matter what we do to improve business for the store there will be crumblers and complainers. As I was basically the only decision maker for our new CRM, Vin Solutions, no matter what I knew I'd hear all the negative feedback based solely on change. Well it all paid off today. One of our seasoned veterans who is not the most Internet savvy came up to me today and said,"You know, I was really worried about this new program but I really like it. I can get a real feel for what's going on with my customers. It really is a tool that helps me see the big picture". Let's just say it made my day. Thanks Again Vin Solutions!

As I've said before, every day Vin Solutions has surprises up it's sleeve. When I opened up the program this morning there was a whole list of upgrades that went live this AM (Nothing new for this great company). One of the new features is a Social Media application where you can communicate with your customers, they'd have to agree, on Facebook, MySpace, and LinkedIn. While I await the ability to use our Fan Page on Facebook, it is a terrific addition to the CRM and I can't wait to start using it. Could really help establish loyal customers to communicate in a new and exciting way! AS Vin Solutions continues to upgrade their software I know this is just the beginning of what can be done! Can't wait for the next release! It's my favorite part of my week!
