Presidents Club Keynote Speaker - Luke Williams

All of the DS conferences are top notch, but Luke Williams keynote was one of the *best* to date! One of the biggest takeaways from his keynote is "disruptive thinking" the notion that we as dealers continue to do the same thing day after day, month after month, year after year. With the idea that while we can use the same "ingredients" (such as the way we start the trade-in process, sales process, follow-up, etc.); we can revise the "recipe," and create a more meaningful experience for the customer. That said, what new processes have you added to your dealership that have had a positive impact? More to come on this keynote!!

I am going to use the analogy and presentation with the "shapes." We need more training like this in the auto industry as it provokes thought vs. "how to restructure" the same old sales process, in which depending who you ask, you will get a different answer.
