Matrix Goals for UCM

What goals do some of you Used Car Managers have that are tracked on a daily or monthly matrix? I have a ton of goals for my department but not all of them are number driven and that is what my group wants to know from me.

When I was a UCM I personally had Old Age'd Inventory Goals, Wholesale Goals, CPO % Goals, Accessory Goals (that would benefit UC's and Parts, of course) to name a few. Cost vs Pricing goals was up there as well. These are a few examples that I looked at in terms of Goals as opposed to the normal Unit/Gross Objectives.

Send me an email tomorrow at jrice@lotpop.com and I send you an ROI excel spread sheet to help you track the matrix that matter. Also track what % you sold that was 0-30 days old and what % of sold went out 60+ days old. The best performing stores will will sell 60-70 of their sales 0-30 days old and less then 10% 60+days old. Once you track that, you will start tracking other matrix to improve those numbers
