At our hyundai store the better sales guys try to show the service dept each time......especially in our new car dept. It definately builds value

Introducing the customer to an Advisor - where there can be a quick conversation the vehicle of interest, how easy it is to set a service appointment, "manufacturer trained" technicians and other details. Even offer a soft close with "look forward to seeing you on your first visit, here's my card, sound good?"
