High producing sales reps

How many of your salespeople sell over 20 cars per month? Over 30? What do they do differently that other reps?

We have a couple that do. I couldn’t tell you what they do different. They talk to people a lot more and help other guys close their deals. They sure aren’t making more phone calls or anything.
