Lazy as in non-committal/ not responding?
I would be more assertive. If someone isnt providing information. Start assuming the information and let them tell you when its wrong. easy peasy.
We used to say "All customers are liars". Is the new saying "All customers are lazy?"
Jeff- I would say non-committal more than non-responsive. Rude, self-righteous attitude, if that makes sense? Maybe that's a little harsh

How do you approach customers who aren't willing to do anything to help the process? Do you find it easier to cater to them or just become more assertive?
