Scott, Ford has been an absolute case study in the way that you guys have handled social media for the company, but I agree that there have been challenges helping dealers to embrace social media the proper way. So many are using feeds of inventory or news to make their streams on Twitter "plump up" while having no engagement on Facebook at all. Many still do not have a blog and their YouTube is barren.
