Cons: Not a fan of the scoring system they use, rarely accurate. Also sometimes the information they send back to the dealer is incomplete.

Pros: success manager are always helpful and flexible. We've had a lot of traffic generated from the chat and it frees up the BDC.
Cons: They really need to improve the way they answer Facebooke messenger replies. Those are very robotic and almost not helpful for us. There only there to get name and phone number and pass them to us when we can answer them verses actually giving the customer info that they can certainly access.
