Cons: Despite repeated incidents, they are constantly disclosing cost information to our potential customers. As a result, we have lost numerous sales and alienated potential customers and their families/friends. Still have no resolution from management.

Pros: Good support, good results, nice product - doesn't intrude too much on your site.
Cons: Have to watch the sloppiness of the chat agents. Often tell customers we're open when we're not, often tell them wrong information.
Pros: Great way to allow customers to stay connected to the store without having to call in. They can use this service on the fly and actually chat with a live person. We have received very good feedback from our customers.
Pros: The purpose of any chat service is to provide a lead. The staff at Gubagoo are the best at both providing the customer with accurate information while collecting the necessary information to create a valuable lead. Gubagoo's service is far better than and more consistent than we could ever expect from our staff. We have tried numerous other providers before finding Gubagoo and some did a great job answering the customer's questions but failed miserably at collecting customer data to provide a valuable lead.
Pros: High quality leads when we can get customer information. Chat operators seem to be thorough.
Cons: Cost sometimes causes GMs to use a "free" service that is part of some other package.
Pros: The agents work really well to get your dealership the clients contact information and relaying it back to you.
Cons: Haven't had any concerns with the product and we've been using it for 6 months.
