Pros: Managed chat takes the busy work out of the dealerships hands and into professional capable chat agents. The Gubagoo agents do a great job of answering questions while still focusing on the lead collection. The ResQ feature is a great way for our stores to still stay involved in chats that are high-value customers. The support we have received has been second to none. Any feature enhancement, reporting, or quality issues we have seen are taken care of quickly.

Signals me right away if someone is contacting us. Great tool.

Pros: They do a great job. Great information is provided and if we see something that needs to be addressed or problems with the chat we can forward the transcript over to our rep and they instantly make changes and train their people on what we need. We get a lot of traction and leads from the service specials of ours they advertise.
