Pros: Really the way we use it is live and we use the chats ourselves. We can have sales consultants jump in and handle a conversation. Easy to learn.
Cons: wish all of the pops up would stop coming up if a customer doesn't want to chat.
Pros: it pushes over chat info and jump in mid conversation. We love when its during business hours and our customers can chat with a real person.
Cons: We have come up with a few things that have been small issues. When its an actual person on there we like it but after hours is when we have issues with the chat asking questions that the customer doesn't necessarily need to answer.
Pros: In this day and age people want to communicate in one of three ways - text, email or phone call. Now that people are home they are able to chat with a live person. They can construct an entire deal within Chatsmart, value their trade and apply for financing. If they don't buy we can go back and reach out and target them again in the future.
Cons: Wish we could put more names other than madison.
Pros: We like them. We are serviced well. Quick to respond and help us out when we need it.
Pros: Good product, Kayla does a good job for us.
Cons: Used to get more leads, now it seems like we only get 1 or 2 per day.

He always get's back to me right away even after hours or on the weekend if something comes up! Can't say enough.
