Pros: This service provides 24/7 assistance to customers and works as an extra assistant when we are not available. The technical support is awesome as well! I always gets a very quick response from our client success manager, Brandon and he has been able to fix any issue I bring to his attention in a super time efficient way.

Pros: Although the chat window works fine on the website, and the customer is responded to right away, the response is lacking as it is often managed by bots.

Cons: The engagement is poor. Many responses are managed by bots, therefore answers are very canned. The customer is often offered up responses that are not relevant. If you spend some time in their dashboard, you will see several leads that qualify to be pushed to the crm, but are not. A lot of missed opportunities in the fully managed chat
