Pros: Its pretty simple and straight forward to learn. They get back to us quickly if we need anything.
Cons: I personally don't like virtual retailing but its where things are going. we have vehicles listed at full market price and the customer will see that in the tool. We would have to go in and put a discount on each deal if we wanted to change that. Sometimes it captures the wrong information from the customer or not all of the info we need.
Pros: Its gets people engaged in less aggressive manner. They can see trade appraisals and quotes. Its really nice for customers who want to be lowkey.
Cons: Only issue is a lot of drop offs.
Pros: They pick up the slack when we arent able. They will get a potential sale and they give trade values where you can build a deal. Customer service is always on point.
Cons: a lot of the time right there we can't get a deal from the because they give an amount for the value of the trade. They will basically give a Roadmap of the sale. customers will print that out and give it to another dealership, and give 500$ on their trade and get the sale.
Pros: we get a lot of traffic. The contact rate and reliability are huge for us. They bring them in and actually get a deal done. simple to learn. Once we had quarentine we were able to do deals through the phone. It was easy for my team to learn as well. We get email notifiations and also through the app we get notifications. So we are getting to deals right away. The reps are hands on, they get right back to us.
Pros: Still getting started in fact we just loaded it up. There is still a learning curve but we are adapting. Its a fairly new feature. Gubagoo university is great for training on their products. Its very helpful and our rep Daniel is great. He has done virtual zoom training during this time and it has helped immensely.
Pros: The very strong cusyomer service. The best and highest level of service. Really enjoy working with them. Truly a superior product. Keep us inloved in product enhancments so we know in advance. We work closely together. Strong chat engine and strong digital retailing solution.
Pros: Pushing envelope a lot with tech and they help navigate how to use the virtual retailing.
