Pros: I love being able to take pictures and having them up instantly without having to upload them. Great tech support and customer service. Vehicle pricing works very well.

Pros: Top-notch tech support! They never seem to sleep or stop. I've used them for years and at various companies and each time I've been impressed w/ their diligence and dedication. I can rely on them to assist with outside vendor areas as well and they do with no complaints or stalling. If they detect an error they are on it immediately, normally before I can even see a problem. I can't speak highly enough for their team and support.

Pros: Very good support. Data conversion dashboard is best I have seen. History tracking is extensive. Hourly updates to our website and logical UI. Love this product.

Cons: Cannot copy data conversion to multiple lots (at this time).

Pros: Unparalleled support team! Everything the sales team pitched the support and service team performed and exceeded my expectations. Industry leaders in Inventory Management and tools that help dealers function in this ever-expanding digital age. Tons of good to say about the team at HomeNet. Did I mention they even performed at 100% even during that nasty weather that pummeled the Northeast? I know where they are headquartered having lived nearby for years so dealing w/ that weather and still handling customers requests was amazing!

Pros: The only pro to this company is that they give me an incredible number of reasons to drink.

Cons: I don't even know where to start. How about customer service? My average hold time to get in touch with a person was 30 minutes. And good luck getting in touch with the same person you had been working with. They don't release extensions or email addresses. Speaking of customer service, I like this one. After working with them for more than a month to try and get our inventory feed right (we have no choice but to use them at the moment because of the website we're using) - they still can't fix the problems. Improper inventory and images (including pictures of logos from other dealerships!) are still displaying on our website because of them. According to them, we're not along - a number of their dealerships are having this problem. I FINALLY got an estimated fix time from them. Three weeks from today. No lie. Moving towards a solution may have come a little faster, unfortunately they spent two weeks denying it was their fault. Denying....and closing tickets that were opened to fix it, because it apparently wasn't their fault. Today, our Chevy site contacted them and asked them to start feeding our inventory to them as well (we just changed CRM's from Vin Solutions, which had previously handled our inventory as well). HomeNet's response? We don't work with that dealership - we don't know who you're talking about. Turns out we just didn't subscribe to their "premium package", so they just didn't feed Cobalt. Think anyone would've called us from HomeNet, especially in light of all of the STILL unresolved problems? Nope. Instead, I received nothing but attitude when I called for help (after 27 minutes of hold time). The company has refused to put me in touch with a member of management, instead bouncing me around to different "tier" supervisors. Two months ago, two of their salesmen came in and tried to sell me on an expensive product. They said if we wanted to feed out our inventory, we had no choice but to subscribe to it.
