Pros: Their horrible customer service will always out weigh any possible pros to their product.
Cons: HORRIBLE customer service. Once they get you on a contract they are done with you. Worst service ever experienced in automotive industry.
Pros: The product is extremely affordable for what you get and it is pretty great.
Cons: The worst support that I have ever come by for any product. The lack of support was the only reason we left this vendor.
Pros: managing a ton of available information on the customer, history and correlation to inventory. Lots of alerts and easy to use
