How can an Enhanced Automated Response Tool help car dealerships? Auto dealers receive hundreds, if not thousands, of prospect inquiries, or leads, via email every month- from the manufacturer, from their website, and from 3rd party websites like Craigslist, AutoTrader and Cars.com. The primary objective of the consumer submitting those leads is to obtain detailed pricing information from the dealership(s).
