Pros: tech support tries real hard. they have hyperlinks for my customers to click on to get pre-approved, go to my website etc. in all of my customer correspondance.
Cons: cant move dead customers from the customer list that I am working with so it gets cluttered. reports never come out correct.
Pros: Excellent customer support. I can send a quick email or make a quick phone call and have the support team assisting me. The iCRM/iLM products are also very easy to navigate.
Cons: Outdated software for creating/designing email blasts. iZMO's customer communication
Pros: ILM and CRM DMS integration within the same system.
Cons: Horrendeous reports, bad customer search, terrible template builder. Ineffective 'skate' alert. Ineffective duplicate alert.
Pros: good company
Cons: bulky product
Pros: The help team does try to help, but isn't always the fastest or the most effective.
Cons: The user manual available online from their help center is 5 years old! Lots of clunky and inconvenient features, some of which work well, some don't.
