Jeff - thanks for stepping up as a dealer and helping keep the community on track. Ive been out preparing to go snow camping so I didnt catch things as soon as I should have. Im not sure if you know Craig, he is a good guy that does some great things for the industry and Im sure it wasnt intentional to clog up the feed. That being said, I did block a bunch of his promotional content that was posted because it didnt reflect the culture of our community and think its a good time for us to regroup on the DrivingSales guidelines: Anyone can publicly post on DrivingSales as long as their posts meet the following two guidelines: 1. The posts are designed to help dealers by sharing/creating knowledge - posts are not to advertise. 2. Vendors cannot call competitors out by name. The community is not here to create a vendor food fight, we are here to help dealers. Bottom line, this is very loose, as it should be. Respect dealers 1st. Give to the community, dont just come in to take. By giving, I promise you will get 10x out in return. Admittedly, I have not been as diligent recently in policing the quality of the content and some promotional materials have been posted. We are making some internal changes that will allow us to do a better job going forward. Thanks for stepping up and speaking your mind jeff, and helping me get back on track. Craig, you do some great stuff in the industry and i look forward to seeing some educational posts from you because you have much to offer dealers. Reach out to me if I can help either of you.
