For over ten years I have focused on dragging dealers kicking and screaming into the digital age. While the Internet has definitely changed the nature of vehicle shopping, the art of closing has not changed much at all. I like to look at the online customer experience through the eyes of the consumer, with a mind toward a game of chess, not checkers. I am the beneficiary of GM's eSummits, Driving Sales forums, CDK Global Travers Technologies bootcamps, AutoTrader and Cars.com summits, and any other source of cutting edge consumer research and best practices. I find this work exciting and very fulfilling, especially when I have the privilege of being with a progressive dealer who is ready to dominate the market. Finding those are harder than one would think.
