While the Internet has definitely changed the nature of vehicle shopping, the art of closing has not changed much at all. I like to look at the online customer experience through the eyes of the consumer, with a mind toward a game of chess, not checkers.
I am the beneficiary of GM's eSummits, Driving Sales forums, CDK Global Travers Technologies bootcamps, AutoTrader and Cars.com summits, and any other source of cutting edge consumer research and best practices.
I find this work exciting and very fulfilling, especially when I have the privilege of being with a progressive dealer who is ready to dominate the market. Finding those are harder than one would think.
