It requires the ability to hold everyone in the dealership accountable. Employees need to understand that it is EVERYONES RESPONSILBILITY for the success of the business!

It takes the understanding of technology and how to utilize it to maximize growth and gross profit!

It takes the ability to train, mentor and personally develop ALL of the people in the dealership! If people don’t want to grow….they go!

It takes a deep understanding of ALL departments in the store. A complete knowledge of best practices and processes for peak performance!

It requires the ability to not only please customers but to give them an experience like no other so that you have the ability to retain them and all of their family and friends for life!

It requires the ability to build a great team of high performing people. A team that not only has the knowledge of how to perform their duties but has the confidence and conviction to overcome any obstacle put in front of them!
