Here are the ACTUAL CSI numbers of a Dealership where I was able to lead them in understanding just how important customer satisfaction AND retention are!
Look at the change from December of 2009, where this dealership was 987th place out of a little over a 1000 Honda stores nationally, to 18th place in just 6 months!
AND…..here are the numbers from the dealership in Florida where I was a Partner / Vice President / General Manager
As you can see, the consistent building of the culture within the dealership reaps big rewards!
If your dealership or team is NOT producing theses kinds of numbers or building the correct type of culture…..its time for a change!
