Pros: Having recently completed an event with J & L Marketing's Tommy Crain, I can honestly say this was one of most successful, profitable, and engaging sales weekends we've had in a long time. Tommy allowed us to completely customize the mail piece to reflect our 25th anniversary celebration, and was always available for support whenever we needed it. I cannot recommend Tommy and J & L Marketing enough to anyone looking to increase sales with a highly personalized and targeted sales event.
Pros: Great sale! Excellent from beginning to end. We had a few issues that they handled quickly and effectively. The appointments that J&L set showed at a 90% rate!! Wish my salespeople could do that!!! Lauren Malcolm the on site rep was very professional and did a great job of qualifying the customers and weeding out the 'prize seekers" If you want an honest and legitamate sale without all of the crazy hooks and problems then J&L is the way to go. I will definitely have another sale with them soon!
Cons: Need more salespeople to handle the traffic. Had to have both sales managers and the ecommerce director take ups because we were so busy at one point.
