I am a lead gen specialist. I offer an affordable virtual BDC for used car dealers that produces 10-15% be-backs. Be-backs are gold as they have a close rate between 60-80%. Even with a low # of UPs to follow up with, it creates more copies sold. e.g. 100 unsold UPs -- 10% become be-backs and 60% close = 6 vehicles.
