Pros: Expensive but the training works.
Cons: Not sure it's worth the price.
Pros: Look, there are a lot of companies out there stating that they can increase your business through tried-and-proven processes. Lets get this straight, David Kain wrote the book on lead-handling process. Although my dealership is not a client of David Kain, I personally attend every seminar and boot camp that I can. This guy has walked the walk and talked the talk. I've been in the Digital Auto Business for almost 20 years and I have modeled my own process around Kain's. Funny story...I recently attended a certain process vendor's seminar and they presented a slide that looked very similar to a slide I had seen 17 years ago. After the seminar, I approached the presenter and asked if he had ever heard of David Kain? The presenter said yes and said, "Look everyone in our business uses Kain's recipe for success". Not only has KainAutomotive revolutionized how we do business, he and his team are constantly evolving. Just when you thought you knew it all, he'll show you something new!
Cons: His personal services are expensive, but he and his group offer very cost-effective boot camps throughout the year in different locations. Not a con, but if you can't afford the costs associated with his boot camps, you really need to sign up for his online forum. It's free and offers lots of feed back from the Kain Group and other Internet Directors/Managers around the country. At the very least, listen to him speak at one of the many conventions that your dealership may attend (NADA, Digital Dealers, etc.). Chances are he's one of the keynote speakers. The guy is awesome.
Pros: Have seen David Kain (and his group) both at OEM training sessions, Digital Dealer, 20 Groups, etc. Just WOW! Seriously, he cares about what he talks about and talks about what he knows. What could be better? I still have training docs and lessons from years ago that are still relevant and needed in today's automotive world.
Cons: Availability can be an issue as Kain and his group are all over the place!
Pros: Many good ideas and great hand-on trainings!
Pros: I have met and heard David Kain speak at numerous events. He led a Chrysler Training Event a few years back and I still refer to his information. Knowledge never expires even if the battleground has changed slightly. A rare gem of wisdom in a sea of coal and knock-offs touting only what they think you want to hear, not what you need to hear.
Cons: Perhaps he's too big now so he's harder to get any real length of talk time. Not a Con, not really. More an observation, or a lamenting of sorts.
Pros: They were very helpful in setting up our follow-up process and also in setting up dynamic email templates. They also made training fun and interesting while providing good quality material. I definitely recommend their training services.
Pros: David is the most genuine guy in the business. He knows his stuff in helping dealers get to the next level in process mapping for the dealership on all levels. We have been dealing with him for over 5 years and wouldn't go to anyone else.
Pros: Kain Automotive truly nails it! From their website/chat room to the conferences and workshops they have everything they offer is relevant, smart and up to date. They also understand how to properly mentor newbies to the industry and have a deft touch in education.
Cons: Honestly I think that they are firing on all cylinders. I cannot recommend them enough.
Pros: We have been partnered with Kainautomotive.com for several years now and the reason we still are is that they are always training on whats new and important.
Pros: Great trainers. Right on support. If the results are half as good as the training, we'll be ecstatic.
Cons: Can't see any at this time.
