An automotive tech industry veteran, Kevin has more than 25 years of automotive and digital/technology experience including automotive retail sales. In 1994 he launched the words first Ford dealership website - 9 months before Ford.com. He has held senior leadership positions with Cobalt/CDK Global, DriversSide, Dealer.com (now part of Cox Automotive) and most recently as President and COO of DrivingSales. Kevin has managed the successful delivery of numerous industry wide research studies for over 10 years. He has been recognized by JD Power and Associates as “one of the original automotive pioneers.” Today, he leads Root & Associates a market research and advisory firm specializing in the automotive industry.
