Cons: Wish it had a misc section or benefits section to post documents for employees to view.
Pros: The software is very easy to work with and the KPA staff has been very helpful in the set up process. They have also been a huge resource on HR related topics on a daily basis. It is extremely helpful to be able to bounce questions off their knowledgeable staff thereby allowing us to confidently deal with a variety of employee issues.
Pros: --Expert advice whenever you need it! A representative is only a click or phone call away. --User friendly software with internet access. --Complimentary webinars to keep you up-to-date on employment law, regulations, and best practices. --Streamlined hiring process that keeps any busy dealership efficient with employee onbaording.
Cons: Looking forward to KPAs addition of a Leave of Absence Module!
Pros: All information is current and the webinars are very informative and inteactive with questions. I always learn something new with each webinar. Only an hour so it does not take up much time. If I should miss one it is sent to me so I can view at my leisure.
Pros: Great way to streamline the hiring process all the way thru an employee's life cycle in the dealership, to document training, performance, etc. Able to have employee handbook online. Provides more secure approach to employment applications over use of hard copies. They are quick to respond to issues or our requests.
Cons: Upgrades not coming soon enough that would make their system even more user friendly & interactive with a dealer group that has 4 stores & managers accessing all applications at all stores. They are supposed to be coming but still waiting. It is still good system.
Pros: KPA-HR Management is fantastic at keeping our dealership group current with all of the HR documentation necessary to keep the stores in compliance with the law. Our Client Advocate is extremely helpful as well!
Cons: No "cons" to speak of.

Pros: Complete HR management system with everything from online applications, drug and background screening, new hire paperwork, HR training, online availability of company policies and handbooks, disciplinary actions, performance reviews and terminations paperwork. Customizable to your needs. Use as little or as much as you want. Easy to use interface. Perfect HR management for a multiple store company. And above all, great support staff to help you with whatever you need!

Pros: Excellant customer service- for those of us that are "computer challanged" staff is always prepared and able to meet all company needs. Hightly recommend service.
