Thanks for the reminder, Lindsey. You're right - this kind of transparency and honesty regarding vendor services and products is critical for dealers. It's also a great tool for vendors - they can learn from unbiased sources how they can improve what they're offering to the industry... or to keep doing the things that dealers are loving. But, it all comes down to you, dealers, making your voices heard. Go! Rate your vendors!
